Jameson is professional and communicative! We moved into a house that had a few roof repairs show up on our inspection report. I reviewed those with Jameson and after a quick look himself, he agreed. He also advised on what we should take care of now and what can wait. He cleaned the moss off our roof, treated it and took care of all the mess in our gutters (among a handful of other things). A few days after his service we had one more request and he was kind enough to return and take care of it. Again, he would text me updates and kept me posted on his timeline. I really REALLY appreciated this. I’d give more stars, if I could. We recently purchased a home and the original roof had reached its limit so we needed to strip it down and have new shingles installed. We came across CostLess as we had a very tight turnaround time and were referred to them by our agent. Jameson (owner of CostLess) was a dream to work with. Not only did he have availability for the timeframe we were looking for, but his level of service was unparalleled and the quality of work he and his team produced was exceptional!
