Cota & Cota

I bought a house in January and the previous owner used Cota and Cota so when something came up with the furnace during the home inspection we requested that they have the furnace serviced and inspected to make sure all was good. They came on January 8,2026 and said that all was fine. We trusted their work and bought the house January 23,2026. Less than 1 month later our furnace stopped working and we had to have another company come to make repairs. There were screws missing on the blower, the jet that oil comes out of was dirty, there is a cone inside that is cracked, the filter was wrong, and the belt was cracked almost all the way through. We had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for them to get it going again. I called Cota and Cota and was questioned if we saw them remove the

They're great about deliveries and about coming right away if the heating goes out. Nice people, too.
