JP Pest Services

As always the JP Pest employees are great. They helped put us at ease with the current situation. They talked through what they observed and the plan with obvious expertise and experience. Matt, our technician today was awesome. Nice, easy to talk with and very understanding and knowledgeable.

Our Technician Chris was very thorough with our quarterly monitoring inspection/replacement of bait in traps today. JP Pest has done an excellent job keeping our home free of rodents, ants and wasps for over a decade. Chris was also very knowledgeable about the Fall Invader Program offered by JP Pest Services. After Chris took extra time yoday to talk with us, this sounds like a program that will help us with a different insect problem we experienced this past autumn.

We’re on an annual service plan, and ever since we started with JP Pest Services, all of our pest issues have been completely resolved — wasps, mice… you name it, they’ve handled it. Huge peace of mind. Shout-out to Jeremy, who was our most recent technician — he was friendly, professional, and super thorough. He even found and removed a dead mouse we didn’t know about (not a fun surprise… but very much appreciated). Everyone we’ve worked with has been great, and the service is consistently top-notch. Reliable, friendly, and they actually fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Our service provider called the night before and set up a time to meet. He promptly arrived this morning at 7:30. He was courteous and polite and thorough in checking our house. I would highly recommend JP Pest to anyone.

Matt showed up when promised and explained what he was going to do. He also double checked to ensure someone followed up on adding an “invading pests” service we discussed last fall. He took precautions to cover his boots so as to not track snow through our home. When he serviced all our bait stations he told us where we were experiencing activity. He knew where the stations were and even serviced the exterior stations that had been buried under snow. It is conscientious techs like Matt that have made us very pleased to have JP Pest Services successfully address the issues we were having. Thank you.
