So grateful to Mia and the team at Cottage Care COS for accommodating a last-minute request for move-out cleaning despite a packed schedule. Excellent communication, customer service, and professionalism from start to finish helped restore my faith in humanity. Grace and Kourtney arrived promptly as scheduled fully equipped and ready to go. Both did such a fantastic job it resulted in a fast seamless check-out experience with the landlord. I was impressed with the supervisors who arrived on site once the service was complete. Their attention to detail ensured services are delivered consistently and to standard. Reserve with them and put your mind at ease.

Had guests coming next day and needed the house cleaned. I called Cottage Care around noon and even thought they were already booked they somehow round up 3 of their excellent crew: Bella, Val and Shannon who showed up within an hour or so and did an amazing cleaning job! Thanks, ladies! Also a special shout out to Mia the crew chief and to the "dispatcher" at CottageCare (I feel bad I forgot her name since she was key in pulling everything together at the last minute). Been with many cleaners over the years and CottageCare is BY FAR the BEST.

These lovely ladies did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I was gifted this service after having a major surgery and I couldn't think of a better gift! Andrea, Katie, and Rose were friendly and worked quickly. My house is so clean and smells so good. They even left our dogs treats. My house was spotless and I have absolutely no complaints with the service we received.
