He was right on the money with his quote for the job and he was punctual with his thorough communication on what was needed to be done in order to insure the work was done properly. 2nd time we have used them. They are great. Had a problem with a gfi in the kitchen. It kept tripping. The guys came out and found the junction box in the crawl space and the wires had a bad connection. Wire was loose and it could of caused (if worse) a fire. Replaced it. Thank you for great service. A+ service! Called again and they were out within an hour. The guys are great! Thank you again for great service.

We had an issue on Thanksgiving Day, 2016, in a rental house on Holden Beach. Mr. Cotton answered the property manager's call and dispatched Felix Locklear. Turns out it was a dangerous situation with the main breaker for the home's panel. Mr. Locklear fixed it in short order, yet took the time to (graciously and professionally) explain what he was doing and answer our questions. Saved our Thanksgiving, and perhaps our lives!
