Jim Higgins is simply and truly an old pro! He can work on any type of house and do any one man project. Once he was able to figure how to install track lighting in a difficult wiring environment, the electrician could not even figure it out. He does remodeling, repair, anything having to do with wood. He can work on old houses and new houses and he can find ways of remodeling that works within a persons budget (within reason). He definitely has turned our houses into homes. I would definitely recommend Jim!

When we bought our home in Arizona, it was such a fixer-upper that we could not even get it insured to move into until the roof and deck were replaced and the bathrooms were finished. Verde Valley Remodeling and Repairs completed the work needed with excellence of craftmanship. We were so happy with the jobs done that we have continued to use them for all our up-keep and repairs. Recently, we were in need of a ramp installation to our front porch. The ramp was installed with ADA specifications , just in time for my sister's return home from the hospital facility in a wheelchair.
