I hired this company based on their many 5-star reviews, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. The technician only cleaned the visibly stained seat cushions and refused to clean the rest of the couch (back cushions, armrests, and other upholstered areas), saying it wasn’t necessary. This was never communicated in advance, and I was shocked that a “basic package” didn’t include cleaning the full couch. I paid for a professional service, not a spot clean. To make matters worse, the technician was dismissive and rude to when I asked polite questions about protecting my rug underneath the couch. EDIT: this company is sharing pictures of our couch that are falsified to customers. I’m sharing a real photo of the couch below. They have even gone so far to suggest to me that we made it dirty purposefully instead of taking any accountability. Our couch had a stain that they couldn’t get out so they gave us a tiny bit of $$ back the day of service, yet there’s no stain in either of the pics they shared. It’s not honest of them and if they could remove the stains why would they have refunded us $40. Their story doesn’t add up and they do not actually stand by their 100% satisfaction + money back guarantee. My rec: look at all the negative reviews for this company and see their responses to customers — a company that harasses customers out of posting negative reviews should be a huge red
