They have made a 3 year disaster out of Corkscrew road. Too few employees (slow progress), lots of project errors, and horrific construction traffic management have caused this project to be responsible for a huge number of traffic accidents, some fatal. Incredible road delays. The project was too large and too challenging for them to take on, and Florida drivers, and first responders, have suffered daily for that.

I saw one of the Cougar Truck on the road in Naples. I was in need of one of their services that was printed on the truck. I called on a Saturday. Left a message. Jeff called me Monday morning at 7:30AM. Showed up for an estimate at 10:30AM. Had the written proposal by 3PM. I approved and signed the same day. I was call two days later to schedule the job. The team showed up exactly on time. Did the job as contracted. Left the area clean. In the day and time this is outstanding service. Thank you
