Countertop Design

I had Countertop Design do a fireplace hearth for my home. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful. Jonathan who came to template was on time, and was able to answer all our questions and was unbelievably friendly. The installers came within their expected window, the night before Thanksgiving I might add. Peter said the template was perfect, so it wouldn't take long. Him and his crew were beyond respectful to our home and protected all their pathways. They kept the surrounding area spotless, and left us with a beautifully installed hearth that is complete eye candy. I'd whole heartedly recommend them for your next project. Thank you, Chris!

My neighbor gave me their number and I'm glad he did. We were doing our kitchen and needed a lot of material due to having a waterfall island. They came and measured and in less than a week we had it installed. We were worried how the waterfall was would come out with matching veins. Came out better then we hoped

Honestly, it's very hard to work with this company. They measured my countertops for my kitchen and bathroom on 2 different days and failed to inform me that I would be receiving them on different dates. No one bothered to measure to see if my stove would fit after installing my counter tops and when my kitchen was finally ready to install my appliances, which were on site, my stove didn't fit. For the past 3 days I've been told that I would get a date for them to come fix it and they would get back to me by tomorrow or end of day. They never get back to me and don't have a solution when I call to inquire about this. It I'd now the weekend and I'm stuck until Monday with a stove in the middle of my kitchen to find out if or when they can come fix their 8th of an inch mistake. If I could g

Countertop Design installed my countertop on July 14, 2022. When counter was dropped in place, it cracked the wall below the counter. Installers, at first, denied damage. Only when told that a licensed handyman had repaired all the walls prior to installation did they back down. I also noticed a damage on my new countertop. After contacting Customer Service and following their instructions, they sent a representative to repair the countertop. It was a scratch. Unfortunately, the scratch is still visible. Very unprofessional. They installed countertops in six rooms in my home and when I moved in I noticed when that one countertop wasn’t even finished, it’s all matte and not polished. Another piece of quartz used on my island has a massive scratch that was filled with something when they installed it so that I wouldn’t see. Very dishonest company and Wendy, the “office manager”, is a nightmare to work with. Also, what another reviewer said about them having to remeasure 3 times before actually installing a countertop is accurate. This happened in both my laundry room and kitchen - I was without a countertop in my kitchen for over 3 weeks past my initial install date. Make sure that you or your contractor avoid this company.
