Countertop Solutions

Our granite countertop (black and grayish)was installed last week and it has a very large flaw in the middle of the countertop where it’s extremely noticeable. The flaw is about 3x3 and is white/gray in color. Very noticeable! We asked if we could view our granite before installation and they refused. This flaw looks horrible and we are very dissatisfied with this company. They are refusing to correct this issue after we spent $3,000! Will be reporting it to the BBB so no other person gets taken advantage of! Stay away from Countertop Solutions in Fairlawn,OH unless you want a lousy looking granite countertop!

In all my years of using Contractors whether it was a furnace or painting I have never been asked to pay for an estimate in my life that is just bad business, I would have used your company, so you lost out , that’s part of being in business is to give free estimate, I called 4 different people and no one asked me to pay for an estimate, 😡
