True Custom Countertops recently renovated our kitchen. Samuel and his team did an amazing job! They replaced all the cabinets, countertops and back splash in just over a week. The also did the countertop in our guest bath from the same slabs used in the kitchen. We received quotes from other places that indicated we would be out of our kitchen for a month. We were back in our kitchen fast. They were also super responsive and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend them.

The team was timely and really amazed us with same day instillation. They took template for the counters about 9am and returned at 430 the same day to install! Swept up and left things clean too! Bonus!! The counters looks absolutely gorgeous with our new cabinet. My husband and I will be talking up this team to anyone who needs a countertop replaced! I wpuld like to add picture when the whole room is complete too, but this gives you an idea of the job. 😀

I found True Customs Countertops online, went to their offices and found out that they were not there, I called them and Samuel explained they were recently transitioning to a full online store, I spoke with him about several options for my kitchen island project and he gave me a few good options and also a good pricing!, I wanted to rush the installation but the holidays delay them a bit, but they truly delivered, and they were the faster I could find in all Austin/Round Rock area, I will DEFINITELY recommend them, installation was fast and clean, they are small and definitely have some processes to improve, but nothing that can hurt the experience, give them the chance, they will deliver what they promise. Great job, recommend 100%.

We contacted countertops.co to cut a larger cutout for a new kitchen sink we purchased and are very happy with the results! Sam was very helpful, communicative, and professional. They were able to come out the same week we contacted them, and was punctual which was appreciated as well! Overall, we were very happy with the results.
