County Wide Appliance Service

Yesterday I had a serviceman by the name of Travell come to fix my dryer. After opening the door I could tell something was off.. After 15 minutes of trying to open the first panel he gave up. He charged me $128 for service call and over $250 for the parts needed to repair in 3 to 5 weeks! Igniter and coils. I only had credit card and he shamed me and marched outside to his van to get the card reader. This was the 3rd or 4th time without booties and leaving a trail of snow on my wood floors. He seemed to take great pleasure in this because i complained. He said "yo you ain't tell me to do that" I said never mind. about the CC, I will call the company with my payment as his card reader was broken. If I could’ve done 0 stars I would’ve. Terrible service, and AWFUL scheduling system. I’ve been without a dryer for a MOMTH now even with having purchased a protection plan that County Wide Appliance is supposed to manage and fix my appliance. After them blaming the issue on my breaker box, and then my dryer outlet, I was FINALLY supposed yo have someone come fix my circuit board today. I called this morning to confirm my appointment since I never got the confirmation call I was supposed to and due to their “system not saving my appointment” I have to wait another whole week. This is just completely unexceptionable any good business would accommodate THEIR MISTAKE and not make their customer pay for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS ITS A LAST RESORT.

Jason was great. He was prompt with his arrival time, very friendly, very helpful, and gave great advice for helping extend the life of our appliances. We will definitely be calling countrywide again for any future issues we may have.

County Wide charges a stiff service call fee of over $100, but Jason, our repairman, was friendly, courteous and took the time to point out everything that was causing the problem, as well as how to get optimal performance out of our dishwasher, AND how to avoid the same problems in the future. If it weren't for the near $120 service call fee, I would have given Countywide 5 stars, and if Jason (or another repairman who may have provided equally good service) hadn't been so helpful and courteous, I would have given them 3 (or less, depending on how sub-par the service was). If the service fee had been more reasonable, maybe about $30 or $40 cheaper, I would have gladly given them 5-- hopefully their other repair folks are on or near the same high level of service as Jason.

I was just So Very Impressed with Chris at my house today, from County Wide Appliance Service. He was Very Knowledgeable, Kind & took care of my issue with my new Bosch Dishwasher problem. I truly appreciate all he did so easily. Thank you for having such a great employee County Wide Appliance! I will definitely call you again when in need with any appliances as well as tell family & friends to give you a call when in need.
