County Wide Windows

Needed to replace 3 windows in our dining room. I received quotes from 3 companies and decided on County-Wide Windows. So glad I chose this company! I visited their showroom in Chardon and the next week Rob and Brady came to our home and took measurements. Easy to work with and a great price! The installation was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked with care and precision, answered all of my questions and left the installation area spotless! We needed some masonry work (expected) to complete the process and the company sent another wonderful tradesman. The new windows look fabulous and blend seamlessly with the other windows on the front of our home. I also appreciate the warranty and support they provide, which gives me peace of mind. Contacted County Wide for an estimate on a replacement roof - they had replaced the roof on our barn w/ apartment in 2008 or so and we loved their work then. Rob called back the same day and came and assessed the roof. He generated an estimate with in about 3 days and the price was very reasonable. They did the work mostly on one day, coming back the next day to clean up. Communication was great. They answered questions quickly. All the workers were polite and treated our property with respect. I highly recommend this company - they are local, rooted in our community, and have an excellent team!

Working with County Wide was an amazing experience! After getting estimates and dealing with national window stores, we were frustrated, but County Wide made us feel comfortable and made the project easy. Their prices blow the others out of the water and all of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The installation team was great too! They communicated clearly and cleaned up as they went along. My house was spotless! They respected our home and family while they worked and were an absolutely pleasure to work with. The friendly installers were very prompt and efficient with cleaning up everything!
