Cousins Lawn Care

They may mow, blow & go your yard but your neighbors will hate you for using Cousins lawn. Cousins lawn crew will blow the trash from the property they are mowing onto your yard or your neighbors' yard. They won't pick up any trash. When a neighbor asks them to not blow trash from their customer's property onto their property they start blowing the trash onto other neighbors' properties. When asked not to blow their customer's trash around they say, "that's another property" meaning "We don't mow that lawn so we can blow it there if we like." When asking them not to blow their client's trash onto other people's property \and instead, - PICK IT UP!, they stare you down like they want to you. Don't use Cousins if you like your neighborhood clean.

If 0 stars were an option, thats what i would pick! We are at an RV Park so I cant fire them, but if I owned this place I'd fire them immediately. They leave grass all over my stuff. Driveway, table and chairs, ice chest, welcome mat, and my freaking car! That one really pisses me off! I called and sent pics to the man that answered last time. He said he'd talk to the guys. Apparently they didn't get the memo because it happens EVERY TIME! I called today and got hung up on, then called back and it went to voicemail. I left a message but I won't hold my breath. I really wish this RV Park would find someone else. They are terrible!

These guys don’t even deserve a star It should be more like a negative star times three. Ruben Alvarez is an extremely rude and disrespectful and dishonest person. They show up hours late overcharge you and when you question it they act like they’re the mafia of the lawn business. I’m not sure why anybody would ever hire This company being that they have nothing but negative reviews.

The worst lawn guys ever!!!! They killed so many of my plants literally killed these vines from the base!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Do not hire them. They are messy and don't care about your lawn at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been cutting my Dads yard for over 20 years. They aren’t professional and do not understand English. Recently some of our grass washed away because they kept cutting the yard too short even after repeatedly asking them not to. We asked for an estimate on new grass and still haven’t heard anything 3 weeks. We called and cancelled their service and they kept cutting our yard and then wanted payment. We paid them and now they won’t return our calls about the estimate. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend them.
