Highly recommended. Do NOT go with those morons who will charge $50,000 for your house! Boris charges a little over $3000 per unit. We had an excellent experience from the planning to the execution to the payment. Boris is a kind, pleasant professional who works with an older person and a younger person in his crew. Clearly he knows what he is doing, because he has his own company manufacturing the mini-splits. Each mini-split has its own outside compressor box, so you can add more later - they don't all run from the same box. They will work with you in scheduling and placement and such, and they are polite and EFFICIENT. I had to teach a class on Zoom and Boris waited patiently to ask me questions. We use Covac mini-split systems here in Syracuse, New York, because they are the best ones out there. They are quiet (they don't kick on and off like a typical mini-split) and both heat and cool. The display can be hidden so you see no LEDs when sleeping. Also, in the winter they provide heat much more cheaply than our electric resistance heaters. I bought a 12000 BTU unit and then later bought a 24000 BTU unit. The fins can be set to slowly blow up and down and allows a single 24000 BTU unit to cool our living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Boris helped me in this entire process. I needed an installer to install 2 mini split systems in my home and workshop after a contractor I hired ditched me on the job. I had all the equipment. Boris and his team installed both of them in a matter of hours, wasted no time and got right to work as soon as they arrived. Many other companies only wanted to install this project if I bought the equipment from them and i'm glad they were able to get everything installed. The install looks very clean, the units are pumping cool air into my house and i'm a happy customer!

I originally discovered Innova on Amazon where there are many fantastic reviews. When I discovered Boris was local, I felt safe in dealing with him directly. I was not disappointed! Boris has bright eyes - a confident man who loves what he does. He not only answered or immediately returned my calls, he also managed the maintenance himself. I should explain.... when I first hired Innova I had planned to have them install. However; when Boris realized I wanted the units place on the roof and the supply lines hidden in the walls... well, lets just say, I was not ready for their installation. Had I had the walls open and a platform on the roof, that might have been possible, but I would still check with him first before scheduling an install. BTW if you are prepared for their install,

Highly recommend Boris at Innova. Great price for the units and service, the prices are clearly listed on the website and no b.s. They installed two units in a few hours, took away my old unit, patched the wall, and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. He was fast to respond and quick to make an appointment. So easy and fast! I'm so happy with my a/c units. I spoke with two other companies who kept giving me overpriced quotes and another who would not even give me a price range or estimate without me paying their estimator fee. Don't even bother calling the other companies in LA and going around in circles. If you need a mini split, Boris is your guy. I wish I had just called him from the beginning so I didn't have to suffer through the heat wave.
