I wanted to add amps to our Sonos system to connect our wired indoor and outdoor speakers. Chris responded within minutes and we scheduled a day for him to come to the house to consult on what was needed. He was prompt, courteous (wore a mask the whole time), and quickly sent an estimate for the work that needed to be done. The amps were on back order but when the arrived, he contacted me for installation. Sam was sent to install. He was equally courteous, prompt and professional. Chris and his team did an outstanding job installing a complete Sonos system in our house.
