Covalt Concrete Floor Leveling Orange County

I was having issues with my flooring due to some foundation problems, and a friend recommended Covalt Leveling—I’m so glad they did! From the start, their team was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. They leveled certain parts of my foundation and fixed some cracks in my concrete floor. The difference is incredible! My floors feel solid and even again, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. If you need foundation work done, I highly recommend these guys. Tanner and his crew did a great job with our floors from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions quickly and accurately, and was punctual. We are very happy with the result and are so grateful for everything they did for us!

Unfortunately I have to update my review of Covalt. After two successful small projects, I contracted to level the rest of my house ~1800 sq ft. Apparently too large for Covalt. There were localized undulations up to 1" within 3-4'. Tiling contractor had to re-pour 1/4 of the family room. Pictures sent to the company met with "we'll get back to you". After spending a total of nearly 30k total for the 3 projects, I had to spend thousands to fix it. Why 2* and not 1*? The early smaller projects were fine so, to be fair, I could give 1*, but if you have a larger project, go elsewhere.
