Jerry and his staff and installation crew made my mother’s holiday!! They transformed her den into a beautiful and cozy room - did all the removal of old flooring, moved all furnishings and placed them back where they were supposed to be. Just an awesome job - they were so nice to my 91 year old mother, very clean, and a pleasure to work with!

Everything about our experience was great. Tom K helped us narrow our search and got us on the install calendar quickly. The install team was fully customer-service oriented and did a great job. We will return to Cove for future flooring needs.

I recently purchased a new home and called Cove for an estimate to replace a staircase runner and new flooring for my basement. I kid you not, within a couple of hours there was a Cove representative at my door to measure the spaces for my project. They made it SOO easy. I’m sure I could have done it cheaper with a big box retailer, but the personalized service more than made up for the difference. The staircase in particular completely reprogrammed the entrance to my home. These people are pros!
