I really shopped around until I found The Men With Tools. I liked the fact they had employees and would not be getting bids on my install. The warranty was the best. The quality of their window was top of the line. The day of install their crew arrived enthusiastically and left enthusiastically, very proud of their beautiful work. Surprisingly they arrived with bagels for me. The guys left my place spotless at the end of their day. Call me and I will tell you more. I already referred them!!!

I just signed a contract to do a rear door replacement. Ray came over and explained my options and made a preliminary measurement so that I can get an accurate quote. He was great working with me on getting a price I can live with. Another person came the next day to do a more thorough measurement before ordering a custom door. The door frame would not fit a standard 80 inches. Waiting for the door to be manufactured, shipped and installed. Door came in and I scheduled the installation. I was updated by email and the Refer Pro app through the whole process from start to finish. Install took about 3.5 hours. All the debris was removed. I would not hire them again; this is my experience: Based on google reviews we contacted them in November 2025 to replace a sliding patio door which had a broken glass. The price was not low but we decided to move forward and paid in full. It took 6 weeks for them to get the door (they said it was going to take that long). The door was replaced and 3 days after the installation the door didn't close and the weatherstripping isolation started falling down. We called and one week later a person came and said the whole two panels had to be replaced. Then it took other 5 weeks to get a replacement, meanwhile the door didn't close in the middle of the winter we have been paying extra to keep the house warm. As said before, 5 weeks after, they show up with a replacement and when they opened it

Very pleased with the 5 windows Men With Tools installed in our kitchen yesterday. Alvin and his crew were a delight to work with and they did a very complete job, looks great and the kitchen is like a new room. So impressed we decided to have MWT - and Alvin's crew - install a new sliding door in our adjacent family room.
