Covenant Builders - Kitchens & Baths

Our initial experience with Covenant was pretty good. Although when we stopped in, we couldn't get any pricing because the estimator wasn't there. We drove back again a week later and talked to the person who gives quotes. We just wanted a rough idea what we were looking at for a price. Another week goes by and I inquire and am told they're waiting on a price for the material. About two weeks later, we still heard nothing. I emailed again and am told they're short handed. It's now been over a month. I told them I assume they don't want our business. The reply was, "I can get you a price by tomorrow if that's ok." I said that would be fine. That was October 28th. Today is January 30th and we have heard nothing at all. Obviously, we went someone else and the job is done. Never once

Called to get an estimate early October for bathroom and kitchen work. Was told at that time I’d have an estimate in 2-3 weeks. Never heard from them so I called to check. Said would be that week. Again no call from them so called back again and was given a date they would have it ready. Again no call back. Happened at least 2 more times since. Yesterday I called again and even their general manager said I’d get a call back that day. Again no phone call. Called today and they said would be later next week. I said forget it!! Poor customer service. I can appreciate being busy but not following up on promises is just poor. Disappointing for sure

Had our bathroom remodel by Covenanet the work was done by a very qualified and considerate young man he was very considerate of all our needs during the construction .we would recommend them to anyone for first quality work ,also was a fair and reliable price

Covenant Builders did a wonderful job on my kitchen. Great customer service and beautiful craftmanship
