Covenant Plumbing Supply has been great! I recently started working with them and their level of customer service is top notch! Paul and Ian have been an absolute joy to do business with. Super impressed!

WOW! I haven’t seen above and beyond customer service like this in a very long time. Ken and Ian are superb Customer Service oriented folks. They stayed after hours for me to help . It was urgent bc I was flying out next day and my Plumber needed valves for rough-ins first in the morning. Ian is making a special trip on his way in from ATL tomorrow to bring 1 of the 2 parts and I can say THANK YOU enough or WOW enough! If all stores had quality customer service like this one, the world would be a much better and happier place. Thanks so much for the save guys.

I always get the best service from this location. I am well taken care of by Ron at the front counter. I do believe he has gone out of his way to help me get the materials that I need on many occasions. Always a great experience in dealing with Paul or Ron at this store. Please know that I appreciate your hard work and professionalism 😃

Covenant Plumbing Supply of Fayette has top notch customer service. Ian was very knowledgeable on the material/fittings we needed to complete our task at hand. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone at anytime. Prices were lower than there competitors by far. Will definitely be back next time I need anything for a Plumbing project.
