Hunter came out and explained everything in full detail and gave me a good price. He handled all of the paperwork—including my HOA ABR request—which was a huge help. Austin and his crew were outstanding. Austin was always available, answered every call and text, and explained each step in detail so I felt comfortable throughout the project. The roof itself was done well and I was initially very pleased with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, the follow-through afterward has been extremely disappointing. During the roof replacement, interior damage occurred to my popcorn ceiling in the living room, which is now cracked in several areas. I reported this right away and have been contacting the company for over two months to have it addressed. Despite repeated calls and messages, nothing has been resolved. While the roofing work was good, the lack of communication and accountability regarding damage caused inside my home has been very frustrating. I expected better customer service after the job was completed.

Covenant did a great job on our roof installation. Hunter came out and explained everything in full detail and gave me a good price then scheduled to start the job the next week. The guys were here when they said and Austin did a great job overseeing everything and keeping me informed with all of the progress along the way. I would definitely recommend Covenant for all of your roofing needs.

AUSTIN WILLIS AND HIS CREW did an incredible job of replacing our roof. They worked long and hard to get the job done in one day! There are a lot of moving parts to getting a new roof. The stripping, repairing and replacing the roof is much more complicated than I imagined. And the cleanup was very impressive. Not only the old shingles and tar paper, but all debris was removed from the yard. The magnet used to pick up the nails was a nice touch. 👍👍 Thank you Covenant! Viki and Peter Delcambre
