Spencer was great! He was very polite and professional. We need our garage door fix in a hurry, he was here within half an hour had the parts ready to go. My garage door stopped opening, due to failed springs. I obtained a few quotes from other companies, but Adam had the best price at about half of what the others were looking to charge. I purchased the full replacement hardware package and thought I might need a new motor too. Adam installed the hardware and then tested the motor, which was fine. Adam was honest and told me that I didn't need a new motor, which saved me quite a bit of money. Great guy and great company.

I made my way to calling Coverall by trial and error. Now Coverall will be the only garage door company I will ever call in the future. My trial and error wasted my time and over $800 of my money. I hope this review will save you from having the same experience. I first tried Costco’s garage door program. Costco is great but their garage door program is locally served by Unlimited Garage Door who didn’t even look at my current garage door opener! They just provided inflated estimates to replace my opener (which didn’t need replacement, see below!). I tried Precision Garage door who said my door wasn’t balanced and charged me $805 to replace the spring and cables and balance the door. When that didn’t do the trick, Precision said I needed a new opener, but then failed to ever email me the q

I would 100% recommend Coverall Garage Door. Adam has excellent communication, is very trustworthy and his customer service is absolutely top notch! Not only has he installed a new garage door for me, which came out beautiful, but he has also serviced my other property. I have a vacation rental and the tenant was having issues with the garage door and within 24 hours Adam was out to service it. He’s very reliable and extremely prompt.
