Tip Top Garage Door and Gate Service

Joel and Frank arrived the same day my garage door spring broke in half after 20+ years of operation. They had all the right parts, explained everything well, made good recommendations (including a strut to support the door), fixed and adjusted a couple of additional things at no additional charge, and were very pleasant to work with. My garage door needed some TLC and the price was reasonable. I'd call 'em again!

I just had service done from Tip Top Door and Gates Service by Ben. He was scheduled to arrive between 8am -12pm, he arrived at 8:12 am. Which was perfect because I didn't have to wait all day. Ben was very professional , he explained everything that he was going to do to my garage door. It was making a lot of noise when trying to closed it. He also noticed a couple of things that might give me problems later , which I corrected. This was my very first time using this company and I recommend it to anyone that has any problems with their garage door. The whole experience was pleasant. At this day and age when everything is so expensive you always cost of repairs. I think the cost was worth every bit of the work that Ben did. Ben was our lifeline late at night on a Saturday evening. The spring on our garage door broke as we went to close the garage. We originally called precision garage since they were the original installers but they wouldn’t be able to come until Sunday evening between 10 pm to 2 am the earliest. We frantically called tip top since we couldn’t leave our garage door open all night. Ben to the rescue, he showed up within 30 minutes of us calling! He diagnosed the issue in minutes, explained our options to us and had our garage fixed in the hour. What started out as panic, annoyance and frustration turned into confidence, calm and ease.
