Tom and Craig came and in ½ day removed the old cobbled together cover and install a well-engineered cover, motor and all necessary parts! It is a totally new cover now that closes and opens with precision. They are very talented at their jobs and very pleasant too! Nice combination. They cleaned up completely. Five stars all around!

Long-term happy customer. Built a house with a pool in 2015. Wanted to keep grandkids safe while playing in the yard, so worked with Coversafe on the design. We are VERY happy with it! 9 years later, we have had a couple of routine service issues, and they are VERY quick to come and fix it for us. Their service manager, Tom Corman, is a very detail-oriented guy who makes sure he gets is adjusted JUST right and makes sure we are happy with it. The cover was well worth it and provides peace of mind. Having great service years after the sale is priceless!

I used CoverSafe for the first time today instead of the previous servicer. Scheduling was easy and the work was more than satisfactory. I’m very pleased with the service.

Efficient service. Tom arrived on time, diagnosed the issue & I received a report as to couple of days later. It’s not a cheap service but I did receive an answer to fix the issue.
