I ordered custom covers for stone bench seats and table tops. I followed the measuring instructions precisely and provided photos as requested. The tarps arrived and were simply too small, not covering any of the 6 surface fully. Given it is 10-20 degrees and snowing where I live, I did my best to take photos and videos to ask CoversAndAll to remake my items so they would fit around the surface and could be cinched down during the winter. I showed how they didn’t cover the surfaces and therefore could not be secured down, and continued to slip off despite my trying to secure them with zip ties and bungees. We got new bottom cushion covers for our whole set and they fit amazingly. Our old, red covers were tattered and stained. We gave the set a new life and whole new look. Happy to reuse instead of purchasing a whole new set, we have enough trash in the world. We’re very pleased with the measuring process and outcome. Can’t speak on fading yet but plan to cover better. Recommend.

After searching for replacement visions for our patio furniture with no luck for the size we needed I came across Covers & All and am so pleased I did. The website was easy to use and the team reached out quickly to verify a few things on our order and once verified they had the covers made and shipped out so quickly! They fit our old cushions perfectly and look fantastic! Such a nice change. Very happy with our purchase.

I ordered heavy-duty tarps from this company, and unfortunately the products were manufactured incorrectly and do not match the specifications we agreed on. Because of these defects, the tarps are unusable for their intended purpose. After discovering the issue, I contacted the company multiple times to request a resolution. I asked for a replacement as stated in their return policy. Despite several attempts to reach their customer service department, I never received any response. It is extremely disappointing to receive defective merchandise and then be ignored when trying to resolve the problem. I was left with unusable products and no support from the company. This is the worst company that I have felt with! I order ONE (1), a single cusion, that was to be in stock ready to ship. It has been 2 months and I’ve not received my order! I contact them a few days ago and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When the “rep” come back online she tried to lie, says that I had returned the product damaged. She quickly hung up when I called her out on this! I called back, another rep answers and says I’d get a call with in 6 hours for a refund. It’s been a week, no call, no cusion, no refund! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’m guessing they are a scam!
