Archie came to repair my mom's oven, and he was fantastic! Arrived during the window we were given when we made the appointment, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the oven quickly and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much Aaron at Covina Appliance for taking care of of our older GE gas dryer. It was making a lot of noise and shaking a lot so we called to see if it could be taken care of. I appreciate the ability to speak with a technician prior to them coming out so we could have a conversation regarding the issue. Since my dryer is quite old, I didn’t want to have a technician come out to say that they couldn’t fix it for $69. Initially, I spoke with Archie and based on the video I sent him he said that they could potentially fix it. Long story short the technician had to come back again because we had to order parts, which I was fully aware of, since my dryer is quite dated. Fraudulent company. Poor customer service, incompetent service technician and defective parts were installed. I paid $425 for a new motor in my freezer and it lasted 5 months. Good luck. Consider yourself a fool if you try doing business with this company. Better off doing it yourself. Sad how so many businesses are like these crooks nowadays.

I just had a wonderful experience with Covina Appliance Service I called needing a new front glass for a GE oven the gal who helped me was super knowledgeable and found out for me that 80%of the parts for my oven are discontinued and she saved me from calling around to other places. Great Customer Service!!!

I have used Covina Appliance many times over the years for repairs to my washer, dryer, fridge, and oven and have never been disappointed. I request their technician Archie every time I use them. He is punctual, never tries to sell me anything I don't need, and has even not charged me when it was my error in not having something connected properly.
