RUN in the opposite direction. This is a scam and he will try to get money from you in advance and will never finish the work. He doesn't know what he is doing, doesn't have the right equipment and the actual workers who were hired knew more than him. It took months to get him to finally pour and now it is impossible to get him to finish his already shoddy work. He will give you endless excuses about everything and will never show up when promised. Don't waste your money on this individual.
