I was very pleased with Cowles work. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Every person on the team was friendly and courteous. The work was completed very quickly and they did everything to my satisfaction. Very happy with Kevin and his entire team.

Update: found a nail in my tire today! That's 5 nails found so far. What kind of contractor throws nails all over the customer's driveway and yard!?! My experience with this company started well, but went horribly once they started the work. On day one of work they: - Started work in my basement that was not on the work order. Then, when they realized they weren't supposed to do that, they tried to tell me it was a blessing they did what they did. To have my basement walls ripped up then PARTIALLY foamed over without my knowledge or permission is NOT a blessing. - Destroyed personal property in my basement. - Left nails and foam all over my yard and driveway. - Left greasy hand prints all over my siding. - Brought children to work on my home. The youngest, that I know of, was maybe 1

Crew was very respectful and professional. They explained and completed the work as contracted and did a daily and final clean up upon completion.

Cowles did an excellent job with both plumbing and electrical work in our house. They provided a timely and accurate estimate and a good price. They provided a clear written contract, got the job done quickly, professionally and on time, and cleaned up well afterwards. They were pleasant and easy to deal with and we are very happy with the results.
