Cox Climate Control

Initially I was quite pleased with the installation of my AC unit however after a year I'm having issues with it and Sam refused to contact me. My unit is loud and and runs short cycling and is still under warranty yet still Sam is ignoring me Now the complaint continues with this as a final remark Your system was installed in 2021. You had a 2 year labor warranty. You have a manufacturer warranty for 10 years from date of install. You can call any other Amana dealer and if you dont piss them off they can warranty your parts. But you call BBB. I didnt manufacturer the unit and I dont go out of my way for people who threaten me with BBB and false reviews. You are fired as a customer call another dealer.

Great company and did great work. I would recommend anyone I know locally to call Cox Climate Control. I enjoy walking into my house and saying to my wife that this is what a house is supposed to feel like when the airs turned on. Don’t fall for the sales gimmicks of the bigger companies with fancy sales pitches and maintenance plans.

We’ve been using Cox Climate Control for several years. Sam helped us keep our old unit running when we weren’t ready to replace. When we finally replaced, the price was great and he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly.

Very happy with this company! Called close to closing time one evening after discovering a water heater leak. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Cox called me back quickly and was able to get to our house to evaluate that same evening no problem. He assisted us with getting a replacement water heater and preformed the install within a couple days! We appreciate the great communication and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to continue to use them.

Please don't use this company they don't stand behind their product or their word. Such bad business! We are just as happy to be done with you as you are us! Only you have been paid in full since 2021.
