I remember this company when Len Cox was still running it. The quality of work then versus now is night and day! After Len died, unfortunately so did the quality. There is a reason why they were the lowest bidder on this water main replacement project in Joliet. As far as I'm concerned their quality matches their bid which is low! The neighberhood I live in is suffering from the negligence of them not finishing the job they started with no end in sight. So here we sit with gravel roads for a couple months now with thick rock dust everywhere. It's a health hazard as well.

The quality of their work, reflects in the gravel roads we now live on. Please finish what you started. Respectfully, a Joliet taxpayer.
