Cox's Flooring

I tried for several weeks to get a laundry room floor installed with this company and was told they could do the job and had to order the material. I never received any calls from this company, I did all of the followup. Finally checked last Friday to see if material in and when job could be done. i was told it would be done today and even given a time between 10 and 11 am. No one showed and company isn't answering their phone. I decided to drive to their shop. Cars in the parking lot and an open sign, but the doors locked at 11 am on a Friday. Maybe my job was too small for them and I was a waste of their time. I would've appreciated more if they told me up front they didn't want the job rather than stringing me along for 3 weeks and telling me they did order the material and schedulin

Super nice and helpful. Chose out the laminate roll they cut to the size we needed and help load it! Would definitely come back!

They put carpet down for us and where they put it together is a raised up place all across the floor in the living room and both bedrooms. They said they would try to fix it but it might make it worse. Bottom line you can see seams in all rooms so what do you do? Our old carpet was 25 years old and it was never like that.
