I had a damaged car key replaced two months ago. They replaced they key with a slightly different design, and I was happy with the service and thought nothing of it. But a few weeks ago, the blade of the key broke off from the bow. I can still drive with the key, but I have to be careful not to lose the blade. I called to see if I could have someone fix it, and the person on the phone got in contact with the original tech. The tech said he could stop by that day to get it fix, but he just never showed. I texted him, and said he had got held up by other appointments. I called tech the next day, he assured me he could come by, and again he never showed and never reached out to reschedule or let me know he wouldn't make it. I'm frustrated.
