I recently used CPF Home Inspections for a house that I purchased. I needed someone on relatively short notice and Chris made himself available to fit my schedule. I found Chris to be extremely knowledgable and very thorough. Not only did I receive a full report, with photos, of all of the aspects of the home, but Chris walked me through the house to describe in person everything that would be documented in the report. Chris did a wonderful job. He was very thorough. Whenever I had a question he stopped to answer. He does a great job and the report was finished and he walked me through it after the end of his inspection.

Chris did my home inspection today and as a first time home buyer I was blown away by his attention to detail and how thorough he was. Home inspection was about 3 hours long and he left stone unturned. Aside from the home inspection was very knowledgeable and even able to tell me which walls were foundation walls (so I feel great about updates I want to do after buying!). He offered advice on pricing and things I should have the seller fix/ take care of. I’d recommend him to any home buyer — really makes you confident in what you are getting!! Whether a first time home buyer or repeat buyer he’s not going to skip through and take shortcuts and you can trust him!

Chris inspected a home for me and I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and expertise he showed. He was easy to set an appointment with and arrived early. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared his thoughts in a way I could understand. He inspected every square foot of the house and communicated some current issues, but also took the time to show me things that could be an issue down the line.
