Be sure to get a second opinion. Smylie quoted over $1,500 in repairs for rotted and cracked flanges/pipes after coming out for a leaking toilet. A different company found no such issues, reset the toilet with a wax seal for a reasonable price, and fixed the problem. Smylie's diagnosis was inaccurate at best, raising concerns about either the accuracy of their technicians' diagnostics or the business practices in place.

I have been using Smylie One for over 20 years. I always have great service and everybody there is wonderful to work with. They are always professional. I had an issue with my furnace this weekend. They were out within a few hours and diagnose the problem. I had to wait till Monday for them to get a part. They were at my house by 9 AM and got it fixed very quickly. The service technician was awesome!
