Austin and his team solved a major problem that most people in Buffalo, New York know all too well: snow and ice dams. Austin identified that I had a ventilation problem and came out to install all new soffits, gutters, fascia boards, and redo the back siding of my house—all in one day. Not only did he respond within hours of my initial contact, but he was at my house evaluating the issue that same day. By the weekend, everything I needed was installed. Most importantly, his crew cleaned up after themselves and left no mess in my driveway or backyard.
