My mother needed emergency fuel oil. The company she previously used sold out to a different company. That company did not follow through with planned oil delivery. Therefore, my mother needed emergency fuel oil ASAP The people at Augestein were so helpful My mom got the Fuel she needed the next day. The receptionist was calming and understanding. The owner/ manager explained everything very throughly. The delivery driver was knowledgeable , professional and kind. I highly recommend this fuel service.

Was almost out of oil was waiting over week and a half from Wilson they came I was not home always paid right away but since I wasn't home they didn't leave it....I called them they said next week Monday or Tuesday well I couldn't wait as I've already been waiting over week and half. Called Chaz....CR they took good care of me the same night. Very compassionate people and I will be using them from now on for sure. Thanks Chaz!!

We purchased a house in Fayette Co. that needed HVAC work in the basement and the 2nd floor. We contacted all of the major "economy" and "Fayette" air conditioning contractors in the area, but were unhappy with the scope and quotes that we received from them. I have been using Chaz's business for years now for both heating oil as well as propane and I truly could not be happier with the quality of work as well as customer service. One simple call to the office and they make it happen ASAP with the friendliest of service. Randy is my go to guy with an attention to detail that is absolutely exceptional. This guy can do anything AND make it look great! He takes his time and constantly checks in to make sure the project is up to your standards.
