The Pool & Spa Place

We have been working with the Pool and Spa place since 2012 when we bought a house with an older pool. They helped us give it new life and make it beautiful in the process. Starting in 2020 they offered water care for the first time. Because we already had them opening and closing our pool we figured we would give it a try. Best decision ever. Our water was never out of balance, and always ready for us to enjoy. Plus when we are on vacation I know the pool will be kept up while we are away. Keeping the water properly balanced helps us get the most out of our heater, pump and chlorinator too! I just signed up for our 4th summer of water care, and don't want to have a summer without their expertise again. We love The Pool and Spa place, and think you will too!

We used the Pool and Spa Place to install our pool, open/close it yearly and for their weekly water care service. Our experience with them has been nothing but outstanding. They had the best sales process by far. They were the only pool company that truly put in the time to explain our options, how the process works, and provide a vision of how the finished product would look. The installation itself went smooth, on time, and on budget. The weekly water care service is a life saver. The team comes to the house weekly to test the water and inspect the equipment. If anything needs adjusted it’s done immediately on site. It’s a time saver for our family and allows us to spend more time enjoying the pool instead of working on it. It also gives us a peace of mind knowing our water is balanced

The Pool and Spa Place is great! We worked with them to build a custom pool. Kevin is extremely creative and knowledgeable about the best products out there. Their service is wonderful too! One of our favorite services they provide is the Weekly Water Care Service throughout the season. They come and test the pool and balance the chemicals each week so we can just enjoy the pool! Every pool owner’s dream!

We purchased our pool from the Pool and Spa Place in 2019. Since then we have been using this company to manage our pool every summer. It has been a wonderful experience. They come to my house each week for a set number of weeks in the summer to check the water and add any necessary chemicals. We are extremely happy with our pool and service!

The Pool and Spa place put in our in-ground pool and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and the overall experience. They are a very flexible company, willing to work with the customer and bend over backwards to make them happy (even if it means absorbing some of the cost at the end of day). Anytime there is something that needs fixed, instead of it taking weeks to have them come and service our pool, they are out as soon as possible, many times after putting in a full days’ work. I have always used them to open/close/treat our pool and never once had any issues. A great family owned business run by truly great people that care about their customers and treat us like a member of the family.
