Craddock's Electrical Service

We had an excellent experience with Craddock’s Electrical Service. Communication was clear and professional from the moment I first reached out, including proactive updates the day before and the day of the appointment. We had one electrical outlet moved in a guest room and another installed in our garage, and the craftsmanship was solid and thoughtfully done. I was impressed with the entire experience with Craddock’s, but I especially want to give kudos to our technician, Derick Gladney. He took the time to really understand what we were trying to accomplish and helped us land on the best solution rather than just doing the minimum or fastest work. Chris arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. We quickly reviewed the gfi that needed to be checked and replaced and he help me identify a chirping carbon monoxide sensor that had a dying battery. We also discussed backup generator options for the house and he worked up an estimate. Chris also discussed the whole house surge protector option which he will be returning to install this week. We look forward to being able to call on Chris And Craddock for our electrician needs

Derick and Craddock’s was outstanding. Being in the home services business as well, expectations were clearly communicated on the front-end by Katie who was overly helpful. When Derick arrived, he immediately was such a pleasure to be around with a plethora of knowledge. We had quite a fun time identifying the issue, but he figured it out! His customer service is unmatched. Because I’m in Human Resources, I can certainly relate to how difficult it is to find good team members. Derick is someone I would love to recruit to our teams - I’d highly recommend doing whatever it takes to keep him!! 10/10

The team is outstanding. I asked for an immediate assist with electrical issues, and they jumped right on it. Steven was stellar. Overall, the team is great, they installed the light fixture well. Loved my technician, but I am giving a 3 stars, because the estimate or proposal (which is given on site at the time of the service) came out to be twice as much much as a another electrician that I’ve used in the past. So the pricing just seemed really steep. I ended up only getting one (of two) light fixtures installed- due to cost. And both of my fixtures were very, very simple light fixtures. Also, be prepared to be shown different packages to buy into if requesting a simple service.
