These people have been fantastic. The crew went way above and beyond to get things square with my insurance company and put in a ton of thorough work and in depth documentation. The insurance company sent someone else initially and that company was completely lazy and inept , even shutting down my claim! After reading through my policy fine print and realizing that other company lied I was able to get my insurance company to reopen my claim and thankfully this time they sent real pros. Green Hills Plumbing came out on Black Friday and literally dug in and sorted all this mess out for me. I couldn’t possibly thank them enough. Call them first or ask your provider to if possible. They’re great.

Josh was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always does a great job. Very thorough and great communication. He let me know exactly when he would be there. That’s a reading deal to us. Great job highly recommend.

My plumbing technician was excellent. Job done well and efficiently. Also I would like to add his customer service was top notch. You don’t see that very much anymore. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I would not recommend using American Water Resources as they miss represented what the services that the company would provide.

I had to have my water heater replaced. Luis and his co -worker from Green Hills Plumbing were on time and very professional. The service they provided was excellent. I highly recommend them.

We failed our backflow inspection, and Green Hills plumbing helped us replace our backflow device. The initial assessment was free, and their availability (next day) was fantastic considering it wasn’t an emergent or particularly urgent issue. I appreciated the honesty and commitment from Jennifer (reception/administration) and Luis (technician) to do things to our and Metro Water’s standards. Luis was timely and friendly and gave communication before and after his visits. We passed inspection after he was finished. I would recommend this company to friends.
