Mike and team did a great job redoing my front stoop, removing the old crumbling stairs and fully rebuilding. Prior to contract provided a very detailed proposal outlining exactly what to expect with full technical detail and specific materials listed, made multiple visits prior to work start and was communicative and flexible on start date. During work we found there was no existing footer so they worked through a change order with me on it, will note that Mike identified that might happen prior to work start and was very reasonable on additional cost. Also did a good job with their welder to reconfigure the railing. Definitely one of philadelphia's more knowledgeable masonry contractors, would recommend for any masonry project.

We just purchased our home and knew we needed star bolts to reinforce our brick facade, and Mike took extra time to really understand the problem and present us with a solution that was affordable and perfect for our home. What a wonderful experience, considering it's not typically enjoyable. However, having the right people for a Star Bolt Masonry job makes a huge difference.
