Went there on Sat at 3pm. Their website site stated (and the sign on their front door) that they were open until 6pm. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sat. At 3pm. How frustrating. After finding it closed, went to two other carpet stores.

Love, love, love our new laminate flooring! The cost was resaonable and Kevin, our installer was stellar! Showed up on time, left everything neat. When I gave it a thought, we actally purchased our first carpeting from Craft in 1976. You can't beat longevity!!

Had used Craft Rug years ago. After checking big box stores where i couldn't get any assistance I went to Craft Rug. Great service, installation and price. Will definitely use again. Support local business.

This place is the best kept secret for carpeting, padding and flooring needs. The guys who work here are always so helpful, don't presume anything, ask you questions and offer suggestions to get you the best quality product for your money. The remnant carpet department is simply amazing, all colors and all sizes! They also deliver promptly!!! I have gone to them on several occasions and their hours make it easy to get there!
