Rod did a very good job for me in replacing all my windows and doors in an energy upgrade project. He explained what he was doing and what he would be doing next at every stage of the project. Problems encountered were handled professionally and in accordance with agreed upon ways of handling them (time and materials). Along the way he also provided advice in other things I could do to enhance energy ratings. I was very pleased with the final results.
