I was impressed with my initial interactions with Lowell. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. I am very happy with the quality of the roof that includes a 50 year warranty. The roofers worked 11 hours in the late August heat to complete the job in one day. However, I was very disappointed with my post-job treatment. A screw in the driveway resulted in the need to replace a car tire. I was told to provide the cost and that I would be reimbursed with money taken out of the roofers' next job. I did not feel this was right, so did not seek reimbursement. The next issue was that I noticed damage at the top of my corner siding in an area that is out of our normal view. I noticed the damage two months after roof replacement. I called Lowell and sent texts with pictures. The

Dylan Caruso and the entire team were great to work with. We had a small addition that needed repair involving adjoining slate and shingle and they completed the job exceeding my wife and my expectations. Craftsman were the lowest of 5 bids (2 never got back to us) here in the Lynchburg area. They were prompt in communicating, addressing concerns, and finished the job 2 weeks ahead of when I hoped. I would unequivocally recommend them to family, friends, or anyone in this area.

Great experience. It was easy and fast and they did an amazing job. Lowell is all the ball and answered all 4 million of my questions lol. I love finding companies like this!

Locally owned company that focuses on the customer! Good quality work with a great product for a fair price!! I highly recommend them if you have residential roofing needs!
