We used craftsmen by design To help us replace an old back door. Tom was excellent with getting his team out to us, and Kenny was very knowledgeable and on point when installing the new door. Definitely consider them for your needs!
What an amazing contractor and team, Tom and his brother were extremely helpful, and detailed oriented…we look forward to our next project remodeling our kitchen. We highly recommend Craftsmen by Design!
RUN AWAY! My job ran months late due to company not showing up.They would insure me they would be there then no show. Changed plans without consulting owner first or without a change order. Most of his team is very slow moving and can't wait to leave, or on smoke break, and are unsupervised most of the time. Tom is a poor communicator, lacks foresight, makes excuses and just wants payment for uncompleted work.They use poor quality materials and mark up high. Cost me thousand$ more and they never even completed the job. Hiring them is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Poor quality, value, lacks responsiveness. DO NOT USE!
Jason installed cabinets for me and did an incredible job. I am very satisfied with the way everything turned out. Highly recommend!
