Dave and his crew did another fantastic job for me on my personal home! This is now the fourth job (I think) they've done for me, between investment homes and my own. When we bought our 120 year old home in Fort Mitchell we knew there were beautiful hardwood floors underneath the carpet and we only trusted Ketcham Hardwood Floors with them! They turned out great. Dave went to great lengths to make sure my wife was happy with the color, and she's not easy to please. LOL. (One picture shows one room old light color with new room dark color, halfway through the process)

If I could give them a higher rating I would. It took me 2 years to decide I wanted to keep my floors. They are so awesome they kept my original estimate. They were on time-when they say 8am they truly mean 8am. My floors turned out beautifully. They were skillful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I appreciate their hardwork.
