So, I contact James from a third party on the internet stating he is a service provider for masonary. He doesn’t show up for the scheduled appointment because he stated because of a job he had. So, we rescheduled. When he showed up, I couldn’t believe what a fast talker he was. Thank god I did my homework. I have a 240 sq ft walkway leading to my front door. I knew exactly what I wanted. Total cost for all material was 3500.00. I had 2 quotes already. One for 6500 and the other 8500 ( materials included). James gave me a quote of 18000.00 dollars. 14500.00 in labor cost. I’m hoping that he was frustrated because I knew that I knew my material cost and he couldn’t screw me so he gave me a astronomical quote.
