Excellent communication with the Project Manager, Abel, who showed us pictures of the entire process. The team worked very hard and finished the entire roof in one day. After our roof was damaged they were fast in getting us an estimate. Their estimate was the best and scheduled our roof replacement quickly. Excellent service quality workers. Done swiftly and on time as promised. Because of continued storms in the area they worked thru the rain to finish the gutters. About 6 months later another giant windstorm and our ventilation pipe bent. Not knowing who to call we called craig. Within 2 days he sent out a worker at no charge to go up on the roof and fix the vent. When he guarantees the roof he guarantees the roof. Highly recommend this company

We needed our roof replaced and some repairs to our siding to be done. Due to some bad experiences with contracters in the past, we dreaded this whole process. Craig Gouker Roofing did a fantastic job. They were very communicative and did a great job explaining what all needed to be done and what we could expect. They showed up when they said they would. And the price they quoted matched the final invoice. No hidden fees. They had 10 roofers on site and 4 people for the gutters and the siding repair. And the whole job was completed in 1,5 days. And they left the worksite clean and neat behind after they left. All workers including the office staff were polite and friendly.
