My Way Storage is great to work with. This is the second time I have used them for my home moves. The pods are convenient and give you the extra time needed to get everything in order for your move. Donnie the gentleman that delivered the pods was friendly and communicated through the whole delivery/pickup process. I also had a slight issue with one pod and he came right out to rectify the situation. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them for your moving/storage needs.

I’ve used MyWay mobile storage pods for moves twice in the last 5 years. I’m incredibly pleased with the service and communication. The delivery driver, Donnie has helped me both times. He is meticulous about placement of pods to my satisfaction and his kindness is refreshing. Our driveway is challengingly sloped and he descended with ease. Highly recommend!

Donnie was absolutely wonderful!! He arrived exactly when he said he would and helped find a spot for the containers to be sure I would still be able to get my car in and out of the garage! He was so kind to my energetic labradoodle and my machinery loving son! And not only all the above, but he did all of this in the pouring rain! The booking process was simple and communication was top notch. He was so incredibly pleasant and kind! I would absolutely recommend MyWay and Donnie to anyone!!!

I requested My Way storage unit drop-off service and had an excellent experience, thanks to Donnie. He was incredibly friendly, making the whole process pleasant from start to finish. Donnie was also remarkably efficient, getting all four storage units in place quickly and smoothly, exactly where I wanted them, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this service, especially if you have the opportunity to interact with Donnie as your delivery driver.

We had a few pods delivered to store some materials while our garage was being remodeled. The pods were clean and spacious. Donnie provided great customer service and made the drop off/pick up easy. Definitely recommend!
