I was browsing for contractors, then this company was recommended by my sister's friend so we decided to give them a try since the feedback from them was good. They also have their own showroom which was convenient on our part & made our process of choosing the materials easier We gave the office a call & Diane called back. She came to visit our house for free estimate & what I liked about Diane is that she did not push any work/material that is unreasonably priced/impractical. I purchased carpet tiles from Cramers Carpet one a few years ago for my restaurant dining room and it was the best experience! They come to your location, measure, and give you a suggested sq ft order. They come in and install and everything is smooth and very quick. I had the pleasure of working with Diane and she was extremely helpful. I also use this location for my carpet cleaning. What a professional cleaning. They literally cleaned my carpet and it looks like the day I had them installed - brand new! Bill and his cleaning team are fantastic and they do not leave until the carpet is spotless!
